| Description | Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning services on an "as needed" basis for the College. Contractor shall perform carpet and upholstery cleaning services that will at a minimum follow the most current provisions published by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI).
