Description

This is Phase 1 of the 2 Phase Best Value Tradeoff Solicitation for a Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC). This is a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled-Veteran Ow ned Small Business (SDVOSB) The purpose of this MATOC is to provide Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction services for a broad range of military renovations and construction w ork. The Government w ill accept proposals from Service Disabled-Veteran Ow ned Small Businesses. The North American Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The total value of all task orders aw arded under this MATOC to all selected contractors w ill not exceed $45 Million. There w ill be a base contract aw arded w ith a 5-year ordering period w ith no options. Reference Block 11 below : Although zero (0) calendar days are indicated, the completion days w ill be determined on a task order basis.
