CMAR for Golden Gate Golf Course

The construction of the golf course will require the development of typical golf course infrastructure. While elements of the former course will likely be utilized, the current conditions of these elements will not be sufficient for full course development. Golf tees, greens, fairways, bunkers, pathways, bridges, irrigation, lightning detection, water management features and water hazards will need to be constructed and developed per plan. Structures will be required for development of the golf course such as a clubhouse, starter shack, cart barn, maintenance building, restroom facilities, shade structures and parking. Scope of these structures will be dependent on the services provided at the BigShots facility that is being developed by BigShots Naples, LLC. The BigShots Facility will be developed separately from the golf course and will not fall under the purview of this agreement. However, there will be significant coordination between the development of both projects since there will be a level of integration between the two. The selected firm will also need to coordinate with Collier County Public Utilities Division as a 24” water main that will connect to the Golf Course is installed and the Collier Boulevard widening project

Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Compartments and Cubicles, Toilet Compartments, Lockers, Flagpoles, Flags and Banners.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Facility Sanitary Sewerage, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs.
