Nitrate Oxygen

Specifications for Nitrate Oxygen All Bids shall be submitted on the bid package provided by the Readington-Lebanon Sewerage Authority and the contents of the bid package must be completed in its entirety and shall be delivered in sealed envelopes at the time and place specified, with the envelope properly marked to identify the item(s) bid upon. THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2023 TO JANUARY 31, 2024. The Readington-Lebanon Sewerage Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received and to reject any or all Bids as in its judgment may best serve the interest of the Authority. The Authority shall have a minimum of sixty (60) days from receipt of Bids to either accept or reject same. The Owner or the Administrator reserves the right to require a complete financial and experience statement from prospective Bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work of the nature required before furnishing Proposal forms or Specifications, or before awarding the Contract. Proposals for this contract will be accepted only from Bidders who have been properly qualified in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. The successful Bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope delivered to the offices of the Authority. Masks will be required and social distancing observed during the bid opening.
