Description

The Work at the building exterior includes repair and replacement of deteriorated brick masonry, restoring stone masonry, repointing brick and stone, cleaning brickwork, exterior wood repair and restoration and re-painting, restoration of wood windows and wood doors, waterproofing masonry walls, and sheet metal flashing repairs. The work at the building interior includes renovation of the First Floor to provide new toilet room and kitchenette areas, and new finishes throughout, providing structural repairs and reinforcing to wood framing members in the attic and Basement, and repointing stone and providing masonry repairs in the Basement.
