US Coast Guard Intrusion Detection System Replacement

This RFQ is being solicited as SET-ASIDE SMALL, WOMAN-OWNED, SERVICE­ DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, HUBZONE, SMALL DISADVANTAGED. This Statement of Work covers the replacement of dated or non-functioning IDS and disconnected duress alarms. This tasking will include all labor, necessary equipment and hardware, licensing, software, training and supplies required to meet FICAM/FIPS 201 compliance. The intrusion detection system (IDS) was installed in 2013 encompassing three classified offices and 14 duress buttons. The IDS continues to fail and drop communications with the monitoring center. Duress alarms were installed, but not all connected due to lack of available input ports. Remove AMAG and install fail electronic strike door on the 5th floor Computer Room to prevent lockouts during power outages. This project shall provide: 1. 3 574 zone dialer, encrypt, transformer attack enclosures 2. 3 numeric key panels 3. 3 back up batteries 4. 1 radionics popit interface 5. 7 discovery – panic system control and functionality 6. Move 1 panic switch 7. Troubleshoot current non-connected panic buttons 8. Wire in existing alarm devices from the existing system panels to the new panels, program and coordinate with monitoring center 9. Associated hardware and connectors 10. Electric strike, 2-series, fire-rated, latch entry 11. Replace Yale mortise lock and connect to access control
