Perpetuation - Resurfacing - STH 29 from 320th St. to Koser Ave (EB & WB)

As of June 30, 2023, an engineer has been awarded and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Perpetuation project to resurface 7.044 miles of STH 29 from 320th St. to Koser Ave (EB & WB), Towns of Delmer, and Thorp and City of Stanley, Chippewa County. Work consists of concrete pavement repairs and hot-mixed asphalt. Additional work includes culverts, ditch cleaning, roadside clearing, riprap, wingwall replacements on B-09-0029, concrete surface repair, beam guard replacements, curb and gutter, gravel shouldering, pavement markings, and restoration. Proposed to be constructed under traffic using single lane closures with temporary speed limit reduction Anticipated Construction Cost: $11,000,000-$11,999,999 The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Advertised Fixed Fee % : 7.25 Fixed Fee Notification : The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
