Health Building HVAC Upgrade

**As of January 24,2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 6,2023.** The project scope consists of the removal and replacement of the existing VAV boxes and controls that are tied into the existing Air Handler Unit(s) (AHU). Air handler 1, 2, and 3 which service the basement, 1st floor, and a portion of 2nd floor. The VAVs associated with AHU-4 are not included in this scope of work. Additional scope includes the addition of a mini split cooling system that is to be installed in the Public Health IDF room located in the basement. Both scopes are to be completed per the specifications of this scope of work (SOW) and the project documents attached to this RFB. Project Documents 1. Contractor will be responsible for procuring and executing all scopes of work as outlined and specified in the projects contract documents that have been provided during this bid request per the attachment outlined above. This will include but not limited to all associated labor, materials, and equipment. It is the contractors responsibility at the time of bid submission to ensure that all project specifications and requirements have been included per the project documents provided.
