Centennial High School Pool Repairs

Champaign Community Unit School District No. 4 is inviting the submission of sealed bids for the repair and restoration of concrete and steel reinforcement at ceilings and walls for the swimming pool at Centennial High School, located at 913 Crescent Drive, Champaign, IL 61821. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Champaign Community School District No. 4 to be named as Obligee. Bids are to include the cost of 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor & Material Payment Bond. Champaign Community School District No. 4 is to be named as dual Obligee. All questions must be submitted via email to Sandra Roesler at roeslesa@u4sd.org with Elizabeth Stegmaier at stegmaja@u4sd.org additionally copied no later than close of business Thursday, May 19, 2022. All questions will be answered and a final addendum issued no later than Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 5:00 pm. The Owner anticipates Notice to Proceed on or about Monday, June 20, 2022. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of work within 45 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed date. The District reserves the right to accept or reject bids based on the best interest of the District.
