Description

Rehabilitate the existing 390 square foot bandstand to return to use as a free City music venue. This is a federally-assisted project and Davis-Bacon (DBRA) requirements will be strictly enforced. Federal Labor Standards provisions HUD-4010 will be incorporated into the successful bidder's contract and is attached hereto as Attachment B, Appendix 5. The Project must be completed within 60 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about March 2023 but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): B - General Building Q&A Deadline - 02/13/2023 12:00 PM (PST)
