| Description | Provide all shop, supervision, labor, equipment and materials to remove trees from the property line of Area Office 39, Natural Bridge Virginia. Bidders are responsible for verification of number and volume of plant material to be removed. 1. Complete removal of 19 white pine trees on the facility property line . 2. Complete removal one maple tree at the right front of the property. 3. Remove all wood and debris from the property. 4. Grind stumps to ten inches below grade level. 5. Remove all grindings. 6. Provide topsoil and fill all depressions created by grinding the stumps. 7. Grade and level the entire property line where the trees were removed. 8. Prepare the entire tree line for seeding and eventual maintenance as lawn area. 9. Seed the entire area with turf type tall fescue. 10. Cover seeded area with straw to maintain seed bed and prevent erosion | ||
