Pratt Park Improvements

Principal items of work include demolition of an approximately 11,000 SF playground area, construction of a 1,000 SF public restroom structure, renovation of an existing public restroom facility, installation of approximately 750 LF of ornamental steel fencing, and approximately 350 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk. The entire project shall be completed in (90) ninety working days The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Guarantee will be required with each bid for at least 5% of the amount of the bid filed in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Prattville. Bid Bonds shall include certification that the bonding company is listed in Circular 570 of the U.S. Treasury Department. Each bidder must submit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond and a 50% payment bond.
