Dodds Road Realignment and Streambank Stabilization

The work generally consists of clearing & grubbing, erosion & sedimentation controls, earthwork, utility coordination, drainage, wetland mitigation, paving, and restoration to realign approximately 700 LF of Dodds Road and stabilize portions of streambank along Thorn Creek in the project area. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Penn Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Penn Township and to reject any or all proposals.
