Description

DCAMM Certification Required. The Work will be performed sequentially in two (2) phases and will include selective interior demolition and alterations of two buildings, the existing church building and classroom building as indicated in the Contract Documents for one (1) new gymnasium with locker and toilet rooms and six (6) new classrooms and expansion of one (1) existing girls toilet room. Work will also include new fire protection sprinkler, fire alarm system, HVAC and Electrical systems, as well as upgrades to two (2) existing fire protection sprinkler, fire alarm systems, HVAC and Electrical systems located in adjacent HCSS-W campus buildings
