| Description | To provide new fire protection system for the existing Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital. The project will include removal and retrofit of existing systems that don’t meet code. This is Phase 2 of the project and includes the expansion of the wet fire protection system to all of Building 2, 3 and 4. Some existing fire protection provided previously will need to be removed and added to the system to be adequate. All items are to be repaired or concealed as needed. A majority of this space is occupied by patients and will be considered high security. Access will be provided by the facility and coordinated as needed for each space |
