| Description | 3 Year Base Term and a 2 Year Option Term. Professional engineering services for the management of various construction contracts, and related services issued via Task orders managed by DC Water's Water and Sewer Construction Branch of the Department of Engineering and Technical Services (DETS) and Blue Plains Project Branch of the Department of Wastewater Engineering (DWE). DC Water anticipates awarding multiple contracts under this solicitation and will be managed separately by the Departments stated above. Construction Management will include general construction management, resident engineering and inspection, and constructability reviews during the design phase. |
