RFP - Architectural and Engineering Services School Master Plan Development Project

Architectural and Engineering services required include but are not limited to devising, modifying and/or revising a Master Plan for the School Development Project, design and planning of renovations and retrofit of existing buildings and facilities, designing new school facilities, coordination of the construction with project management, oversight of the development and construction of the project, project scope and specifications, preparation of construction documents and drawings, contractor selection criteria, construction cost budget and estimates, contractor bid specifications, contractor bid conferences, evaluation of contractor bids, construction schedules, construction site inspections, etc. Sealed proposal envelopes should be marked Architectural and Engineering Proposal and the proposal should include demonstrated competence and qualifications of firm and/or person(s) to perform services, reference of similar projects, experience working with/on FEMA projects and affirmative statement to complete project within agreed time frame. Tekoa Charter School, Inc. will select the most qualified proposal based on the above criteria including proximity of firm and/or person(s) to job site, and subject to negotiation of a fair and reasonable price. Tekoa Charter School, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or combination of proposals deemed advantageous to it. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
