Description | Reference Number 0000322859 The Work of this Contract consists of replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, sidewalk, median cover material and concrete partial depth repair at the Transfort Maintenance Facility located at 6570 Portner Rd in Fort Collins, CO 80525. It is the intent of the Owner not to disturb the normal functions of the Transfort Maintenance Facility, its employees, vendors, visitors, contractors, or related outside businesses during the Work of this project. Communication with the Owner and Engineer will be critical in order to maintain operations and achieve project goals to minimize impacts to daily operations. The Work of this Contract includes a Base Bid and Alternates. Refer to Technical Specifications for details. This is a Federally funded project and the DBE goal is 3%. In order for a bidder to be responsive, one must make a good faith effort to meet the DBE goal.
