Description

Consists of a culvert replacement carrying Pennsy Road over Craggs Run in Monroe Township, Clarion County. Two (2) existing 48” concrete round pipes will be replaced with 36 linear feet of 19’0” span x 6’1” rise of aluminum box culvert. The proposed aluminum box culvert will have four (4) 4’9” long aluminum corner panel wing walls at a 60 degree flare from stream, two (2) 22’ 6” wide x 10’2” total height (3’ depressed) aluminum headwalls, and will include full invert and toe plates. The culvert will be depressed in the stream 1’ and will have a minimum of 1.5’ of cover measured from the top of structure to bottom of flexible pavement.
