Description

Heating and cooling and air conditioning HVAC installation and maintenance service Small Business Reserve Designation Yes Work to be performed will be replacement of Three split HVAC Air Conditioning units at the Sailwinds Visitor Center located at 2 Rose Hill Place, Cambridge Maryland 21613 The goal of this contract is to remove and replace three existing split HVAC systems within the manufacturer's prescribed specifications and HVAC best practices. This is an in-kind replacement with modern, more efficient, equipment. SHA expects this contract to begin July 21, 2022 and installation to be completed within 6 weeks of award (pending lead time from suppliers). The contract with successful bidder will be written not to exceed the low bid amount that is under $50,000.00
