Description

After-hours Janitorial services at the Fremont DMV Field Office. Term: July 1, 2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2026 Written questions regarding IFB are due by 3/07/2023 3:30 p.m Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Fremont Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Field Office for the term of this Agreement. Cleaning shall be performed using the appropriate cleaner for the surface/finish being cleaned. Estimate for 3 year term is: $127,748.00
