Description

The work includes the construction of approximately: 160 linear feet of trenchless 24" steel casing pipe with 10" DIP watermain carrier pipe, 56 linear feet of open-cut 10" DIP watermain, 149 linear feet of open-cut 8" DIP watermain, two (2) concrete crossover structures, and various other related tasks to ensure the successful installation of a secondary raw watermain parallel to the existing watermain underneath Highway 71 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Work shall commence upon approval of the contract by the Board of Trustees and as stated in the Notice to Proceed. All work under the Contract must be complete by September 27, 2024.
