Description | Facilities and Fleet Department intends to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Low/Medium Voltage Electrical Repairs throughout the county on an "as needed" basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated or otherwise amended. Total contract value shall not exceed Two-Hundred Thousand dollars ($200,000). The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, consumables, and supplies required to perform the work. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the contract value ($200,000). |
