Description | Rehabilitation of approximately 78,000 LF of 15-inch to 48-inch gravity sanitary sewer line in various locations in the City of Lawton, including cleaning and bypass pumping, as well as all fittings, services, and appurtenances as shown in the contract documents. Only hot water cured liners will be considered. Contractor is responsible for all material, labor, and equipment necessary to complete work. Bid Instructions: Bids timely filed with the City Clerk shall be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and location specified as bids above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Within sixty (60) days from the bid opening date, the successful bidder shall execute a written contract embodying all provisions of the bidding documents.
