Comprehensive Mechanical Maintenance Services

HCPS is seeking to obtain and evaluate proposals to “bundle” existing contracted mechanical services with a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Service Provider to provide a Comprehensive Mechanical Maintenance Services Program. Through a comprehensive program delivery model, a Mechanical Maintenance Service Provider will be required to service various mechanical systems and components for all HCPS school and office buildings as tasked by the HCPS Facilities Department for functions as specified within this Request for Proposal. Scheduled Maintenance Services – Includes, but not limited to: chiller maintenance, air compressor and air dryer maintenance, water treatment for cooling towers, condensers, boilers, and all hot and chilled water loops, and boiler cleaning. Repair Services -Repair and/or installation of all types of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment including but not limited to, chillers, air compressors, boilers, air handlers, packaged roof top units, gas fired burners, variable refrigerant flow systems, split systems and variable frequency drives. Insulation services for piping and ductwork. Pump repair, installation and alignment. Electric motor repair, replacement and installation. Pipefitting, welding and fabrication.
