The project limits for the Sanitary Sew er Laterals Rehabilitation Project are in the roadw ay right-of-w ay in the Young America subdivision of Merrillville, Indiana. The project area is bound by 73rd Avenue to the north, Marshall Place to the east, US Route 30 to the south, and Whitcomb Street to the w est.
