Description

Existing men’s restroom will be divided into two separate restrooms. The necessary demolition work will consist of but limited to the removal of existing floor tile, sinks, urinals, doors and partitions, ceiling fixtures including lights and vents, etc. Construction of the two new restrooms consists of but not limited to installing a new wall to separate the two restrooms, floor and wall tile, plumbing and electrical work, etc. The existing women’s restroom demolition/renovation consists of but not limited electrical work, plumbing adjustments, and removal of all plumbing fixtures, doors and partitions, etc
