| Description | Gemini Building Water Proofing Project is located at 408 N. Adams Street. This project includes: 1. pressure washing the building exterior on all elevations 2. cutting out existing sealant at exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) expansion and control joint, 3. stucco to metal at window and door frames perimeters and on vertical and horizontal surfaces and at wall penetrations, 4. clean and xylene wipe joint surfaces, 5. install bond breaker tape or backer rod and apply premium silicone sealant. 6. Cut out and seal cracks in the exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) flush to match existing adjacent surface. 7. Apply two coats equivalent elastomeric coating. 8. Clean, prime and paint previously painted window frames and doors. 9. Wet glaze’ existing windows with premium silicone sealant. 10. replace identified damaged windows with new double insulated panes to match existing |
