Renovation, Operation, and Maintenance of a Full- Service Marina at Locust Point

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation ("Parks") is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the renovation, operation, & maintenance of a full- service Marina at Locust Point in the Bronx. If you cannot attend the remote proposer meeting, please let us know by Monday, September 19, 2022, and subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, at 140 Reynolds Ave, Bronx, NY 10465. The RFP is also available for download, on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, through Monday, October 17, 2022, on Parks website.
