Description

Waushara County is interested in obtaining bids from design build firms for a new evidence / maintenance garage to be located at the current law enforcement center campus. The proposed structure would be a metal pole building type construction. Exterior walls and ceilings to be insulation to meet building code requirements. Building size would be 135' x 75' with 18' tall side walls. (Preliminary Floor Plans included within this RFB) Building should include a 6" concrete slab, overhead and service doors as shown on the plan. Building to include an interior metal liner wall system for ceilings and walls. Office and toilets rooms to be wood framed construction with drywall finishes. STE MARIE ST, Wautoma, WI 54982. Please note: ten (10) copies of the proposal must be received. Electronic submission of the proposal is also requested.
