| Description | The project consists of roof replacement of the Trinity Washington Building. The building is located at 270 Washington Street, Atlanta, Georgia and situated on the southeast corner of the intersection of Trinity Avenue and Washington Street. The area of roof to be replaced consist of approximately 32,600 square feet of surface. The scope of work also includes the removal/demo of existing roof and insulation material down to the concrete roof deck, installation of new tapered roof insulation, approximately 32,600 square feet of new two ply modified bitumen roof, and new sheet metal components and additional miscellaneous scope of work items. |
