Description | The Clark County Law Enforcement Committee will accept sealed bids. It is solely the Bidders responsibility to get the bid to the designated place on time. Bids are for the remodel of the 911 Dispatch Center. Outside of envelope shall be marked sealed bid - Clark County 911 Dispatch Center Remodel Lump sum bids will be accepted as follows: 1) General Contract - including general construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC Bids are to include all labor, materials equipment, and all else necessary for completion of project. Successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the bid payable to the Clark County as a guarantee. The bid security of five percent of the bid, which guarantees contractor will enter into agreement(s) to complete the scope of work and provide any and all requested documents/policies/bonds, will be returned to the contractor upon the completion of all of the following activities in a timely manner: 1) Contractor provides executed agreement(s) for services. 2) Contractor providing performance and payment bonds or assurances to county for the total contract amount for each bond or assurance as set forth in this agreement. 3) Contractor providing proof of Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance policies per the provision of this agreement. The owner reserves the right to retain the bid security of the three lowest bidders. When the agreement is executed, the bid security of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the owner.
