Andrews Hall Concrete Apron Restoration

A. Execute restoration of the exterior concrete apron located at the perimeter base of Andrews Hall. The existing coating previously applied to the concrete apron around Andrews Hall is severely deteriorated and cracking. B. The Contractor shall furnish and provide the following services: • All work will be performed during normal business hours • Obtain any necessary permits from the authority having jurisdiction • Provide sidewalk, entrance / exit ways, and pedestrian protection during duration of work. All OSHA requirements shall be met for all aspects of the work. • Removal and disposal of existing concrete coating. • Apply new restoration coating application. • Maintain neat and clean site on a daily basis free of all debris and trash. • Power Wash and Prime substrate. • Apply Vulken EWS with PUMA Technology concrete restoration system. • 2 Year Contractor Warranty from the date of substantial completion of 1 June 21 • 20 YR Manufacturer’s Warranty on coating material installed according to installation instructions.
