| Description | Complete maintenance painting during the summer turnover process. This will occur in all residence halls and UHS-owned properties. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials (i.e. patching, materials, plaster, primer, finish paint, brushes, rollers, etc.) required to paint all student apartments, corridors, and stairways on all floors noted in schedule. Please refer to the attached painting schedule. Contractor will submit a bid for the patching and painting as specified in these specifications in the following areas: student rooms (defined as any room with a mattress), kitchen, living rooms, and bathrooms. |
