Description

Demolition and debris removal of a mobile home (T1) located at 1102 South Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78704. 1. Contractor shall demolish on site mobile home, referenced byTSD as T1. 2. Contractor must remove and properly dispose of all waste products, debris, trash, containers,or other materials as a result of the demolition from the site. 3. Contractor must follow all city, state, and federal regulations. 4. Contractor shall provide and place barriers around work site to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the work site. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for restoring any damage caused to TSD facilities and items. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for any injury to any person as a result of the Contractor's operation. 7. Any necessary repair work to TSD facilities and items shall be subject to final acceptance by TSD. 8. TSD in conjunction with Texas Facilities Commission (TFC)onsite staff will be responsible for disconnecting all utility lines connected to T1 prior to commencement of demolition.
