| Description | For the replacement of the Keystone School Museum Roof located on 410 Third St., Keystone SD 57751. The work will need to coincide with a mason who is working on the chimney tuck pointing. This is to coordinate flashing requirements on the chimney. Museum Roof Requirements: Roof shall be a metal roof with a class A fire rating. The roof will be a minimum of Class 4 hail rating. The roof will have a 30yr warranty. The roof must also meet the standards of the SD State Historical Society. Ultra-high temp underlayment required. The mansard will need to be repaired.
