Description

The Carroll County Department of Public Works – Bureau of Building Construction is seeking proposals from qualified consultants in the field of contaminant site investigation, analysis, and remediation, with an emphasis on PFAS. The purpose of this solicitation is to contract a PFAS industry expert to help guide Carroll County not only through the immediate preliminary analysis of the PSTC site, but also navigate the potential for future PFAS remediation efforts, if required.
