| Description | Goals: 10%. Turnkey 100 kW solar installation at Lyons Farm Elementary located at 906 Scott King Rd Durham, NC 27713. Expected opening of August 2022. 1. Roofing details can be found in the subsequent pages. 2. Installation will only be on south facing 5.5/12 roof. 3. Roof is new standing seam metal. 4. Installer responsible for ensuring that installation does not void roof warranty. 5 Submission must include: a. Annual payback and ROI calculations. b. Specifications of all equipment. c. Turnkey cost. d. Installation schedule and duration from NTP. e. Vendor will provide the information and required documentation for the Duke Energy Solar Rebate Program. Specifications: 1. 100kW DC with 100kW AC inverter. 2. All solar modules installed flush to the roof with S-5! clamps. 3. No penetrations going through the roof for module attachments. 4. 2-to-1 module to optimizer ratio. 5. Web-based monitoring with module-level production detail. 6. Single inverter, not micro-inverters. 7. 5 -year kWh Production Guarantee. 8. Module efficiency 20% or greater. |
