Vacant Units Remodel

The following are example of the work to be completed, but is not limited to: 1.Cleaning – removal of debris, cleaning appliances, floors, fixtures, windows, remove smoke from walls(if applicable), etc.; for vacant unit cleaning refer to Section 3: Specifications 2.Repairs as specified on the check list for each unit (Attachment A). Repairs might include some or all ofthe following: a.Install new flooring in the whole apartment b.Install new cabinets with new sink and faucet c.Walls knock out texture in complete apartment d.Install new tub e.Install new sink with faucet, medicine cabinets, mirror f.Install new tiles around bathtub g.Replace toilet h.Replace Water heater i.Paint complete unit including walls, ceiling, baseboards, doors, etc. j.Install lightning fixtures k.Install ceiling fans. l.Repair holes in walls m.Change doors n.Install new hardware in doors o.Among others

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
