Description

Project scope consists of but is not limited to site work and construction of a new EMS station. This Bid Package is comprised of General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Electronic Security and Safety, and Earthwork, Exterior Improvements, Utilities. As of February 15, 2023, a construction manager has been selected. Bid Documents may be examined at the Construction Managers office located at 311 Financial Way, Suite 300 Wausau WI, 54401 or bid documents can be electronically sent to bidders upon request from the Construction Manager.
