Replacement of Chiller for 200 Building

Removal of the one (1) chiller at the 200 Building, all electrical disconnects and related wiring and connections to include the weather tight conduit to the chiller and to the disconnect. The size of the 200 Building chiller is one (1) 110-ton chiller currently. There are a total of two (2) chillers in the 200 Building but the focus of this RFP is just to replace one (1) of the two (2) chillers which is currently non-functional. Provide communication integration to obtain complete functionality with the existing BAS connectivity. The desire is to replace it with an equivalent chiller using standards for a similar sized building for 2021. A separate vendor is responsible for tying in their control system into the new chiller. The new chiller must have a Bac-net card installed from the factory.
