Description

Qualified Owner’s Project Managers (“OPM’s”) for the purpose of comprehensive owner’s project management services for the libraries construction project. The services to be provided shall include, but are not limited to, advising the Library Building Committee, serving as a single point of contact between contractors and designers, representing the Building Committee at key meetings, monitoring the project schedule and budget, monitor and audit MBE compliance, auditing quality assurance/quality control procedures, assisting in evaluating payment requests, providing monthly reporting, and facilitation issue resolution. The owner’s project manager will be expected to continue to provide all owner’ representative services throughout the project including turnover, closeout, and commissioning.
