Checotah Public Schools Performing Arts Center (PAC) Rebid

Project consists of a new performing arts building with a raised foundation configuration. Work includes stage, auditorium seating, costume room, dressing rooms, band room, practice rooms and loading dock. Future work will include parking areas. 1. The construction of approximately 26,000 square feet in a single story raised foundation configuration. 2. The bidder will complete the work within the time allotted and with the phasing plan specified by the Construction Manager.
