Landscaping and Irrigation Services

A. Landscape maintenance shall include mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, eradicating disease control, fertilization, irrigation maintenance, watering, removal of all vices and unwanted growth on both sides offence line on every maintenance schedule, scheduled inspections and the reporting of activities. Contractor shall not trespass on private property to accomplish this task. If private property joins JTA property the Contractor will remove unwanted vines and growth by hand from owner's side offence. JTA reserves the right to add or delete properties as deemed necessary. B. Pond maintenance shall include but is not limited to debris removal, weed control and maintenance, ditch bank management, water testing, treatment and reporting. C. Irrigation Systems and Water maintenance shall include but is not limited to routine inspections, system adjustments, routine maintenance and repair necessary to ensure efficient system operations. Contractor shall provide all necessary hoses and watering devices to successfully sustain all lawn and planted areas and trees, as necessary, subject to climatic conditions, to maintain healthy growth conditions and ensure sod and plant material visibility. D. Trimming of all shrubs and all trees shall be performed as needed, a minimum of four (4) times a year plus one (1) trimming being in late winter/early spring no later than May 1st". The LSBE participation goal for the Contract is 30%
