Exterior Alterations for the Harrison Village Recreation Center (AMP 2)

The Project will be bid in a single Prime Contract. The Bids must be sealed and marked separately as follows: McKeesport Housing Authority Exterior Alterations for the Harrison Village Recreation Center Location- 100 Thirteenth Street McKeesport, PA 15132 The Project consists of alteration(s) to the building cladding and re-finishing of existing exterior finishes. A certified check or bank draft, payable to McKeesport Housing Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The McKeesport Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, for any reason. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids. Work is anticipated to begin in early Summer 2022. Estimated Project Cost: $350,000 - $400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MBE (5%), WBE (6.9%)
