| Description | The City of Henderson, Nevada (“City”) is seeking Bids from qualified suppliers (“Bidders”) for the purchase and delivery of rock, trees, shrubs, and artificial grass on an as-needed basis, as specified herein for various City locations. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. The City reserves the option to extend the term of the contract or any renewal term for an additional 90 calendar days from its expiration for any reason.
