Y1DA--Construct 3rd Floor Building #2 and Renovate 1st Floor 539-333

Construct 3rd Floor Building 2 and Renovate 1st Floor on or about September 3, 2020. Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on beta.SAM.gov. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Construct 3rd Floor Building #2 and Renovate 1st Floor Project, including prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes mechanical and electrical work, and certain other items shown and specified in project drawings and specifications. This construction project will renovate 4,000 SF of space on the first floor building 1 to create additional Primary Care space and construct 20,000 SF of administrative space creating a 3rd floor on the CLC building. This work includes general construction, steel erection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, technology, abatement, etc.
