Patriot Way Water and Sanitary Sewer Extension

Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Project includes: Installation of water main and necessary appurtenances. Installation of gravity sanitary sewer, manhole structures, packaged lift station, wet well structure, sanitary sewer force main, and necessary appurtenances. Bidders must submit with his or her bid "Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity" and the "Noncollusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder" A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. Bids may be held by the Village for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
