Complete weatherization job including weatherization and electrical. Stick built 2 story home, built in 1966, lead safe practices are expected, 2500 sq ft. Roof is asphalt shingle, attic and crawl are void of any insulation, heating is 95% gas forced air furnace. Home used natural gas and has wood burning fire place, combustion testing is expected. Installation of weatherization measures outlined in attached scope. Work includes electrical measures. All work is subject to local codes and jurisdictional rules. Contractor will perform all work outlined in scope. Subcontractors are allowed The contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. The contractor is responsible for filing intent/affidavits. Pursuant to weatherization program rules; no sales tax will be charged on materials installed. Installation must meet the Department of Commerce requirements for weatherization. The Contractor shall provide material warranty and specifications to the County and homeowner.
