Description

Project cost is estimated to be under $25,000. The City of Attleboro is requesting quotes (RFQ) to provide new 10' x 20' Colonial Style Shed & installed on existing concrete pad installed at 29 Pond St No, Attleboro, MA. Provide & Install 10' x 20' Colonial Style WOOD Shed installed on existing concrete pad (no flooring) 1. Vinyl siding (Clay color or compatible) 2. Architectural roof shingles (charcoal color or compatible) 3. 5/8" x 1 0' white metal flashing 4. 7' steel roll-up door with pvc trim and 1/2 " J-channel on right gable end 5. 3'0" x 6'-8" 6-panel steel door R.H. in swing, vinyl brick molding, wood jams and bored for deadbolt. 6. 4-9/16" x 6' pre-hung sill pan 7. Deadbolt lock for pre-hung door (satin nickel) 8. 2-I 8"x27" }-Standard windows ( on either side of front entry door) 9. Black vinyl shutters for both windows 10. PVC bottom and comer trim 11. Workers Compensation, General Liability, Builder's Risk, and other such insurances as required by law will be carried from the beginning to the completion of project. 12. All OSHA safety standards to be maintained throughout the entire project. 13. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all labor and materials, scaffolding and or aerial lifts to perform the work. Contractor shall be responsible for leaving site clean and neat at the end of each workday. 14. Any obstructions such as branches will be cut away by City of Attleboro employees only 15. Contractor shall complete project within 30 days from notice to proceed 16. Work is to be done Monday thru Friday. 17. Remove trash, debris, equipment from project site and surrounding areas. 18. The Successful contractor who enters into a Contract with the City shall be responsible for obtaining at his/her/its own expense, all appropriate federal, state and local permits, licenses and approvals
